Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the MagBak products in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location listed on your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
